Sale agreement and settlement, 1902 and 1910
Agreement dated December 11, 1902 between Sakinah, daughter of the late Karbalayi Husayn Muqanni [well-digger] and wife of the late Darvish Husayn, and Darvish Ghulam Riza, son of the late Darvish Muhammad Husayn, selling parts of a building in the Aqa [or Aba] neighborhood for twelve tumans, and a settlement dated August 10, 1910 between Sakinah and her son, Darvish Husayn, exchanging all of her belongings, except her clothes, which belong to her daughter, for one hundred dinars and one charik of wheat.

Mirza ‘Ali Khan Furqani, the former Nayyir al-Mamalik of Isfahan, exchanged four-sixths of his house of residence near the Jami‘ mosque of Isfahan with his two sons, ‘Ali Asghar and ‘Ali Akbar, and the baby (girl or boy) who is still in her/his mother's womb, for one hundred dinars and ten misqals [unit of weight] of crystal candy. He has additionally settled all his household furnishings, including copperware, carpets, beddings, clothing, books, Qur’an, stationaries, food supplies, such as flour and legumes, and any other items, even a nail that might be on the wall, to his three children...

Settlement between Ma‘sumah Khanum and her husband, 1880
Settlement between Ma‘sumah Khanum, daughter of the late Muzaffar al-Dawlah, and her husband, Hamid Mirza Yavar [artillery colonel], over her paternal inheritance for one charik [unit of weight] nabat. On June 4, 1880, Hamid Mirza Yavar transferred all the inheritance to Ma‘sumah Khanum for some nabat [crystal sugar] and one misqal [unit of weight] of silver.

Marriage contract of Saltanat Khanum (known as Mukhbar al-Saltanah), daughter of Davud Mirza, and Shahzadah [prince] ‘Abbas Mirza, son of Haj Muhammad Mahdi Mirza, on March 15, 1910; the mahr includes a Qurʼan worth twenty-five tumans, one-twelfth of [illegible] ‘Abbas Abad village, five hundred tumans, a female Abyssinian slave worth one hundred and fifty tumans, and five mans [unit of weight] of silk. Letter by Quch‘ali Muvaffaq al-Mulk, Malakah Jahan Khanum's steward, to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, recounting the actions of Riza Quli, a tenant of the Sa’in Qal‘ah and Nasir Abad properties, who has stolen some grains and refused to pay his rent, ousted Mirza ‘Ali Khan from the village, seizing his guns, horses, and household furnishings, harassed the village peasants, and captured and chained Haj Kalb‘ali and Haj Sabz‘ali, Malakah Jahan's stewards.

A claim from Shaykh ‘Ayn Allah with power of attorney from Bibi ‘Adilah Khanum (daughter of the late Murtaza Khan and wife of the late Mirza Abu al-Qasim Qavvam al-Hukama’), made against Haji Shaykh ‘Abd al-Husayn Hisam al-‘Ulama’, who has the power of attorney from Mirza Yusuf Khan Mustawfi (son of the late Mirza Mustafa), in order to collect Bibi ‘Adilah Khanum’s dowry, paternal inheritance, property transferred to her by her late husband, as well as two hundred tumans for her mahr from Mirza Yusuf Khan; along with the lawyer’s response to the claim
